General terms and conditions of business

1.Scope

The deliveries, services, and offers provided by Abfallfeind.ch to its customers are made exclusively on the basis of these Terms and Conditions. By placing an order in the Abfallfeind.ch online shop, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions apply in the version current at the time the contract is concluded. Abfallfeind.ch reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.

2.Contractuality

A binding order is created when the customer proceeds to checkout in the online shop and clicks the order button. This button is only active once the customer has entered their address details, selected the payment method, and agreed to the terms and conditions. The contract is concluded upon receipt of the order confirmation via email. Our general terms and conditions apply to all online orders and are accepted with every order. Orders via abfallfeind.ch are only processed within Switzerland and Liechtenstein under the stated delivery conditions. Orders from Germany and Austria are not accepted via abfallfeind.ch.

3. Payment terms

Customers can pay at Abfallfeind.ch using the following payment methods: Twint, bank transfer, PayPal, and credit card. When paying by invoice, delivery will take place after receipt of the payment confirmation.

4. Delivery

We ship no later than the next business day after receipt of payment. The customer will receive a shipping confirmation by email (if the email address was entered correctly by the customer or does not end up in the spam folder). If not all ordered goods are in stock, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries. Deliveries are sent by Swiss Post or, for large quantities, by a freight forwarding company organized by us. Parcels are usually delivered within two business days. Shipping, loading, unloading, and transport are always at the buyer's risk. We assume no liability for failure to meet a delivery or service deadline due to force majeure, pandemics, unforeseeable obstacles, or other circumstances beyond our control. Claims for damages due to delay, impossibility, or non-performance, including those arising prior to withdrawal from the contract, are excluded. The shipping address must be chosen so that someone can receive the package.

5.Warranty

In the event of a manufacturer's defect or incorrect delivery, we will refund the price of the defective product or, if possible, provide a replacement. Defects must be reported by email or telephone within 7 days of discovery. Otherwise, the warranty for these defects will be void. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The warranty expires if the customer modifies the delivered goods.

6. Right of withdrawal / cancellation of order / return period

At Abfallfeind.ch, the customer has the right to cancel an order within 24 hours. Cancellations must be made in writing by email to info@abfallfeind.ch or by phone. The customer will receive confirmation from us via email. Orders that have already been delivered cannot be canceled, but can be returned. The return period is 30 days.

7.Prices

Prices in the Abfallfeind.ch online shop are listed in CHF including VAT. Prices are indicated with the product and may vary during special offers. Shipping costs are not included in the price. These are as follows: Small shipments: CHF 2

For orders over CHF 80, shipping is free.

8. Customer data / confidentiality

All customer data is treated confidentially and used only for the order process. It is automatically deleted after 24 months of customer inactivity. Promotions (e.g., discounts, new product ranges, etc.) are announced via the registered email address no more than twice a year.

9.Liability / Product Liability

Claims for damages due to errors in images, prices, and texts, or due to delayed or non-delivery, are excluded (see 4. Delivery). The colors of the products depicted in the online shop may differ slightly from the actual product color. We assume no liability for deviations. Liability for improper use of the product is excluded.
