- What is the advantage of a storage container?
- You can store purchased food more safely in a storage jar than in a paper or plastic bag. This is even more true if the packaging has already been opened and is in the vicinity of a lot of other packaging. Moths love drawers with lots of scents :)
- What foods are storage jars suitable for?
- For all dry-stored foods, such as: grains, seeds, nuts, spices, pasta, herbs, legumes, muesli, coffee, confectionery, etc. Especially with spices, you should avoid direct light...
- Are the foods safely stored in a storage jar?
- The additional rubber ring around the bamboo lid prevents oxygen and moisture from penetrating, meaning that your supplies stay fresh and aromatic for as long as possible.
- What glass are the storage containers made of?
- The glass container is made of borosilicate glass, the lid is made of bamboo wood with an airtight silicone ring. The glass containers can be used in the refrigerator, in the microwave oven (not necessary but possible) and in the dishwasher.
- One of my lids fell off and one edge chipped. Can i reorder individual lids?
- Yes. For 2 ch per lid in small delivery. Simply send us a short email.
- Are the storage jars dishwasher safe?
- Yes. Simply place the jar without the bamboo lid upside down in the dishwasher.
